The MBA in collaboration with Future Leaders organizes every September of the second year of studies the "Leadership" educational program that includes attending speeches at camp (5 days) and working on a paper (7 days). The program covers a wide range of theoretical and practical knowledge for the participants. Through a series of activities that include speeches, team bonding activities, business case analysis, etc., participating students have the opportunity to assess their professional personality, develop skills and be trained in business analysis, problem solving, decision making and collaborative leadership, so that they can successfully join the labor market and become the leaders of the future.

After the end of the first cycle of the program, the students create groups and prepare projects for NGOs, under the guidance of a Business Coach per group. At the end, all participants receive a certificate of attendance.
