MBA IDENTITY
The Graduate Program in Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business (MBA OPA) is the first MBA Program in Greece with a history and contribution of four decades in higher education. The OPA MBA is supported by two leading Departments in their subject, the Department of Organization and Business Administration and the Department of Marketing and Communication.
The OPA MBA, adopting the developments in academic and business development, has an integrated study program in the broader field of knowledge "Business Administration". The Program prepares graduates with broad knowledge and skills, capable of responding to ever-changing market conditions and covering different positions and tasks in companies.
With an emphasis on excellence, and supported by renowned professors, the OPA MBA offers a wide range of modern academic subjects, such as: Leadership and Change Management, Human Resource Management, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Strategy, Decision Making, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Marketing. At the same time, subjects of required background for the integrated manager are taught, such as: Economics, Financial Management, Financial Accounting and Analysis of Financial Statements, Administrative Accounting - Costing, Information Systems Management, Quantitative Methods.
MBA Full Time
The full-time OPA MBA is aimed at higher education graduates who are seeking to enter the labor market, with no previous experience after obtaining their basic degree. The Program is characterized by a diverse, creative and dynamic educational base, as its students come from schools of different fields of knowledge. Specifically, graduates from faculties such as: Polytechnic, Physics, Mathematics, Computers, Law, Political Science, Philology, Accounting and Finance, etc., who seek to acquire knowledge in the field of "Business Administration" are accepted. At the same time, graduates who have relevant studies and wish to delve into the subject and specialized topics are accepted into the Program.
MBA Part Time
The part-time MBA OPA is aimed at graduates of higher education with three years of work experience, after obtaining the first degree. The Program offers knowledge and skills in the field of business administration to the participants, to successfully meet the demands of their job and to rise in the management hierarchy, assuming positions of responsibility.
The Program is characterized by a diverse, creative and dynamic educational base, as its students have work experience from different subjects and jobs and come from schools of different fields of knowledge. Specifically, graduates from faculties such as: Polytechnic, Physics, Mathematics, Computers, Law, Political Science, Philology, Accounting and Finance, etc., who want to acquire knowledge in the field of "Business Administration" are accepted. The OPA MBA also accepts graduates who have relevant studies, and who wish to delve deeper into the subject and specialized subjects.
